INTRODUCTION This is an agreement between you and CVonNET about the parts of CVonNET that requires the sign in process. The service is free for use by anyone who accepts this agreement. USAGE The user is responsible for using the CVonNet service according to these conditions and will also be responsible for any material saved and/or published at CVonNet. The user can not store or publish information that is illegal according to Swedish laws, which means that no information can be offensive, express hatred or despise towards any individual. Information protected by copyright laws may not be published without the consent of the owner. The user shall hold CVonNET free from any responsibility after loss or damages caused by any errors or failures of the service. OUR RESPONSIBILITY CVonNET is not responsible for the the users or third parties use of the service or web site, or for information stored or published by the user. CVonNET will not be responsible for any unauthorized access, loss or damage of data and/or errors caused by the users or any third party. The user agrees that CVonNET may use the details registered to direct marketing campaigns towards the user (on the web site). CVonNET will never send unrequested emails to the user. CVonNET will not share the user details with any third party without the consent of the user. This is however not true if we are required to do so by the authorities. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT The user can remove his or her account at any time. When an account is removed, all stored account information is deleted from our database. If the user does not sign in during a 12 months period CVonNET reserves the right to remove the account. CVonNET has the right to within reasonable time change this agreement, the functions of the service, or to close the entire service. CVonNET also reserves the right to immediately remove a users account if the user has broken this user agreement.
